Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to a white card base. Attached other pieces using foam pads and at the waist of the mermaid and extra piece of tail I used a glue dot so it lied smother.
I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. Onto a silver textured square card base I matted a punched frame from blue embossed card then layered the image centrally over that.
I added some faux gems here and there to complete it.
This is a beautiful and unusual design of a fairy mermaid that would delight fantasy lovers.
