Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto blue with white spotty paper, which I then matted onto white card stock.

I stuck acetate to the back of topper and used sticky foam tape to mount onto main picture. I added some white stars to shake.

I siliconed the layers and finished of with a blue insert.
