2 St Particks Day Toppers Set 3Completed by Cards by Maggie

I used cup 43777_96 to make my cards. I printed out the designs twice on matte photo paper so I could take elements from the second print out for decoupage.

Both base designs were attached to the cards with d s tape. The cut outs were decoupaged with foam tape.

To finish I added adhesive gems and a litle glitter to the shamrock on the flag.
