I printed out the sheet on to photo quality paper, cut out the topper and message. Folded a navy blue card to A5 size, Mounted topper and message on to blue miri card using dst.
Used half sheet backing paper and used dst to place on left of card front, placed topper to right using foam pads as well as message.
Added silk roses using silicone gel. Placed gems in corners and finished off with a blue butterfly. A little glitter glue to stamens of the lilies finished the whole thing off.
