I printed out the sheet on to matte photo paper and cut out the elements. I mounted the topper on to a black card. Then I added the decoupage butterflies and bow with glue gel. I added the sentiment with a foam pad and attached some gems.

A lovely quick make card that needs little done for a striking result.
