Bear and Heart Card Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and add the decoupage using foam pads. Before attaching the sentiment and the teddy topper I matted them onto pink glitter card.

A great card that can be used for so many different occasions and is so very easy to make
