I added the matching backing paper to this sheet onto a punched card and added my topper. I decoupaged the pocket and bears using sticky pads and added my sentiment to the [pocket. I added the larger sentiment to the inside of my card.

I just used the large teddy and pocket and then added the smaller teddy to the pocket also. I really love this design. You can also use this as a new baby card
