Zegato StormCompleted by Pauline Worthington

The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a blue tinted pearl card as my base. I mounted the topper onto blue mirri card. I used a peel off greeting on some of the blue mirri card and peel off corners to finish.
