Be My Valentine Pleeeeease.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I cut out the greeting using wavy scissors and edged the greeting using a black marker. I then attached this to the card using thin foam tape.
