OH WHAT FUN I HAD WITH THIS ONE! Perfect valentine card for that saucy someone in your life. I mounted Hand made white paper with tiny red love hearts in the pulp onto a A5 Scolloped edged white card.
I then mounted the base design and decoupaged the other layers.
The happy Valentines Day banner was raised up using sticky fixers. This one is going to my saucy hubby!
