I made a pink pastel DL card and backed it with one of the lovely papers from cup173155_703 (The Colour Of Love Backing Papers 2).
I then added this absolutely gorgeous topper, raising its five main hearts and Love You plate on 2mm foam pads.
Finally I fixed the six tiny hearts around the greeting.
