I printed the sheet onto Super Smooth white card and then cut the elements out. I prepared a base card by taking an A5 card and sticking a patchwork of different coloured pearlescent cards onto it, leaving a small white border.

I stuck some of the toppers in place, some directly using some roller tape glue pen and some using 1mm deep double sided foam tape.
