Mounted the owl backing paper on buff coloured card and attached to a white card blank. mounted the tags ontop of each other, then the happy birthday, before adding an eyelet. attached the owl to the card, and the tag with foam pads, after adding yarn through the eyelet.

then glued on a few feathers.
