Butterflies are Beautiful Topper - blue

This topper has a few choices with it. I have included a topper then some extra decoupage layers that you can either cut out squares and add them or cut the butterflies and attach using foam squares.

Or you can even use a blade and just cut out wings to make them stand up from square. I added a second sentiment also please emjoy
