Carnival Rose Topper with Decoupage

I printed and cut out the sheet then added the base onto the card with DST the other elements I added with foam pads this a stunning design and easy to make up
I printed the pattern on photo paper using my lazer printer since it gives crisper results than the ink jet printer and less chances of ink smudging while cutting layers out.
I then cut out every layer with fine embroidery scissors for better results with the small delicate parts and adhered the pattern to the card base using double sided tape and mounted the layers with double sided foam tape.
I have added some Tim Holtz stickles glue instead of diamantes as they don't become loose when posting overseas.
