Champagne Glasses Card Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Wynona O'neil

I layered my base card with a textured ribbed paper. I cut out the design and layered it into 3D adding 2 tiny ribbons to the stems of the glasses.

I used a pink glitter card behind my main design.

I used gold peel off stickers for my greetings and a lovely white tied bow at the bottom to finish.
