Floral Panel Card Topper & Gift Card - GreenCompleted by Jennie Furness

This is a beautiful card sheet which makes a stunning quick and easy card. I used Printmaster, a publishing program, to print the topper onto a white 6x6 blank card. I attached the decoupage with sticky foam pads and finished the card by adding gems and glitter glue highlights.
