Gold Framed Balloon Toppers 1Completed by Anita Henery

I resized the design then printed it twice on to matte photo paper.

I added a contrast panel to a 7x7 card then added the main image with foam tape.

The other elements were added with foam pads.

To finish the card I added a ribbon and bow, stickles glitter and a printed verse inside.

I’ll add peel off numbers to the balloons once I decide who it’s for.

There are 6 different coloured balloon toppers in this downloaded file, excellent value for money.
