I printed this sheet and cut all the elements out. I took a 21cm x 21cm card blank, matted a 19.5 cm x 19.5cm rainbow paper onto a 20cm x 20cm black card, then mounted the base image onto black card 5mm larger in both ways.
I then decoupaged all the layers using 2mm foam pads.
