I printed the design with its 'mate' (cup429498_1873) onto quality photo paper, cut them out and decoupaged the pieces. I layered the two images onto a kraft coloured square card, overlapping them as shown.

I used beige fringed suede strips to embellish either side of the images and stapled a paper border over them, with some topaz faux gems.

I also arranged a white and a black feather so that they came from under the male image and spread across the top of the female.

The colours in the designs blend perfectly with the card base and together they make striking images of the native Americans.
