Scotland Black Watch Tartan Toppers/card FrontCompleted by Craft D Cards

For this card I first cut a dark green frame with 3 circles cut down the front edge. I added a thistle flower background and placed 2 thistles and some of the tartan into the circles and added a Happy Birthday sentiment. I then layered the thistle and tartan design with silicon glue giving it a raised appearance and added to the background paper.

This beautiful card measures 200mm x 200mm (approx 8'' sq).
