Roses & Vintage Little Girl Card Topper & Decoupage
This is a vintage photo of a little girl flair style, with rose decoupage.
to Make this card topper, print on quality photo paper, cut around all the pieces, use foam squares for the decoupage, and measure and fit to a blank card front,and mount using DSTape.

Printed onto Crafty Bobs matte paper, this gorgeous image has roses and bubbles round the border so I mounted 'over the edge' style onto a card with a bubble border,decoupaged with foam pads, added liquid pearls to the centres of the small flowers, glossy accents and clear round dome stickers to some of the bubbles and two butterflies, gorgeous design.
I matted onto a cream die-cut scalloped edge mat before mounting onto a 7 x 7 cream scalloped edge card.
I decoupaged with sticky pads and added my sentiment to the bottom left. This is a lovely design that is quick and simple to do
