1950's Pink and Mocha Rose Dress

I matted some half and half co-ordinating spotty backing paper onto an 8 x 8 white scalloped edge card and mounted my topper.

I decoupaged with sticky pads and added my sentiment to the bottom.

I tied a lilac ribbon bow to the spine to finish off this very pretty and girly design

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8x8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. This makes the skirt look full. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added the butterfly using thin foam tape under one wing and a blob of silicone glue under the other wing to give more definition.
