The Anchor Girl TopperCompleted by Deborah Sweet

I printed the sheet on to matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I mounted the topper straight on to an 8x8 inch card using DST.

I added the decoupage with foam pads; the sentiment was mounted on to pearlescent silver paper first then attached to the card using foam pads.

Simple, quick and easy - the colours are gorgeous!
