The Beautiful Flapper TopperCompleted by Deborah Sweet

I printed the sheet on to 160gsm card and cut out the topper and decoupage. I covered an 8x8 inch card blank with pink rose backing paper from kit555645_38 and then mounted the topper on with DST.

I added the decoupage and sentiment with 1mm foam pads. Pretty design.
