I printed the sheet at a slightly reduced size, on matt card and cut out the topper and decoupage. I edged the topper with pink glitter card and attached to an 8x8 card blank using DST. I added decoupage with 1mm foam pads. Gorgeous design!

Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto green shimmer paper then onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with some jewels and a pink insert.
