I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to white card with scalloped edge and top and bottom of card, added decoupge with foam pads and finished with crystal stickles to dress, pearls to greetings tag and bow, and gold double hearts to bottom of design.

A lovely design.
