I punched around a circle with a Martha Stewart corner punch and mounted the topper 'over the edge style' onto a co-ordinating card, I decoupaged the flowers and the bears with foam pads, added a co-ordinating bow with pink pearl heart in the centre and a horseshoe charm to the bride.
