Female Civil Wedding Topper/card FrontCompleted by Pauline Worthington

The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a white large dl card blank as my base. I mounted the topper straight onto the card and layered up the decoupage using Pinflair glue gel.

I tied a space dyed organza ribbon to the side and attached a heart charm to it. I used small pearl hearts, a Sakura clear stardust pen and glossy accents to decorate and finish.
