Printed onto high quality glossy photo paper. Cut out pieces. Attached pieces with foam pads for 3-D effect. Added a few jewels. Then attached card black card stock. Nice card.

I printed this lovely sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto an 8x8 card as shown.
I added the layers and a caption using sticky pads and finished off with a silver bow.
