I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares. I finished off the card by placing a clear self adhesive gem in the middle of each of the hearts and attached the "congratulations" greeting at the bottom of the card.

This card is perfect for beginners and for those who are time poor as the card takes just a few minutes to make.
