Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. Used DST to attach Topper to an 8 inch scalloped edge card. I used foam pads to attach Decoupage. I put some crystal glitter on the flowers.

I put some pretty silver edging around the Topper and to finish a green bow on corner. A pretty design.
