I used cream card,which I scored into 3 panels.

I then layered each topper piece onto the panels,and cut away the excess.Then I matted one of the tags onto a piece of gold mirri card with foam tape,and stuck that to the bottom of the middle panel.To finish off, I added a black bow and black gems.
