I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut out the panels and attached them to a white card base.

I scored the card between each panel so that it could be folded as a concertina card. I stitched silver charms to each panel: scissors, a shoe and a handbag.

Along the top and bottom of the card I attached some adhesive paper borders to finish. This lovely vintage design could be used for all sorts of occasions.
