I printed 2 copies of the design, one onto linen textured card and one onto 160gsm white paper. I creased the valley and mountain folds where indicated.

I then cut out the two middle panels, the fans and the ribbons and decoupaged them into the appropriate places and finished the card with self-adhesive gems on the ribbon.
