Printed this pattern on regular copy paper and then used it as a template to cut out 2 copies on patterned scrapbook paper.

Cut off side tabs and bottom tab on one copy. Scored and folded remaining sheet with tabs.

In under 5 minutes, I had a 7.25 by 7 inch gorgeous envelope. Thrifty and handy!
