I printed the sheet out on Super Smooth white card. After trimming the white edges all around I then used a ball tool and ruler to score along the vertical dotted lines indicated. I used a craft knif and ruler to cut along the horizontal lines indicated. I then simply folded the card into shape.

This time I've left the card as is, but I'm thinking of adding some embelishment next time to bling it up a bit. Perhaps some mica brushed over the teapot at the back and the spout of the coffee pot at the front, or some corner peeloffs at the corners of the steps.
