I printed this sheet out and made the card slightly different to the instructions. I cut around the outside of the whole piece, and then scored down all of the black lines separating the squares, and then cut off the centre panel on the top.

I then folded the two top squares behind the main squares and stuck them down. I then folded the two edge panels in as per the instructions and added some decoupage elements.
