i used white pearl card as my main back ground, i then matted the cat topper on to blue mirror board and edged with silver peel offs.
i mounted the wave stackers on foam tape and added glitter stickles to high light small parts
i then added the border backed also with blue mirror board along the bottom and added a happy birthdat greeting
