I added a pale baby blue card stock to good quality card, onto this I placed the main image and built up layers with silicone and added a real button to the bow , I kept the second bow to add to the tag and added a real button to this as well.

Finished off with blue border stickers in top and bottom corners. Such a beautiful image and a very easy to make card.
