I matted the base on Photoreal Seasons stack card stock snowy mountain scene. I used decoupage foam tape to add the stack to give it depth. I added my picture on the bottom. I used blue glitter paper to punch out snowflakes & added them randomly to the card.

Finally I added a "Thinking of You", sentiment.
