Thank You Sweet Heart - Tunnel TopperCompleted by Pauline Worthington

The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a white scalloped square card blank as my base. I attached a piece of heart backing paper to the card.

I mounted the topper onto a piece of white linen textured card which I punched with a Martha Sewart butterfly punch.

I layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I used card candy, spotty organza ribbon to decorate.
