Along with this vellum sheet I also used the topper from sheet: cup39049_443.

I edited the topper sheet so that it contained 3 puppies, 2 full & 1 of the head only & then printed it onto some decoupage paper. I printed the vellum sheet onto some good quality printer paper. I cut a square from the vellum sheet & stuck it to a 13.5cm square card. I then cut a square from some red card using a decorative blade, cut out the centre to leave a decorative frame & glued it to the card covering the edges of the vellum sheet. I glued the main topper inside the centre of the frame & added a gold glitter peeloff boarder around the topper edges. I then cut out the other puppies & layered them to the main image with pinflair glue.
