A lovely Vellum with pretty subtle soft polka dots.
This Vellum sheet is great for female birthday cards but is also suitable for lots of occasions

I created a square base card from a sheet of Centura Pearl cardstock, finishing it off with rounded corners using a punch. I made a panel from the printed polka dot background, again rounding the corners with a punch. This was matted onto a silver texture cardstock, tirmmed to leave a half centimeter border and again the corners were rounded. This panel was attached to the front of the card using 2mm deep, double sided, foam tape. I used the same tape to attach a greetings panel which I'd cut out using cup368954_1415 for a previous project. I put a peel-off greeting "Penblwydd Hapus" (Welsh for "Happy Birthday") on the greeting panel before attaching some flowers from my crafty stash and embelishing with some sticky back pearls. I've put insert cup78149_359 inside.
