I printed sheet onto glossy photo paper. I attached the pictures squares to reverse side of the slider strip. I folded the strip in half and rather than use the bar on the sheet I made a bar from a strip of card covered in ribbon.

I attached the bar to the base card with brads and inserted the picture strip. I added the tag and finished by edging the card with silver peel off border strips
