Used a royal blue hammed card and folded to A5. Added a spotty blue background and scollap edged, then stuck with DST. Assembled the waterfall and attached with two silver brads.
A white tassle at the bottom to pull and Xmas sentiments stuck with 1mm foam pads in the right hand corner.
