Animal Waterfall

printed and cut-out images using good quality card stock; scored and folded where indicated, attached the waterfall pieces, attached to card base using brads, added embroidery thread tassel and then some faux stitching, added sentiment inside the card

This is a wonderful card for a young school-age child who could tell you all about each animal as they appear.

You could use these animals as cues for singing a song with a younger child eg Baa baa white sheep or Mary had a little lamb, Ladybird, ladybird, fly away home, This little piggy went to market, Little Tommy Tuckers dog, etc leading into The farmer in the dell with all the other animals your child can think of.I printed the design on matte photo paper, creased where marked and cut out the pieces.

I used a circle punch for space for the fingers to pull the tag, double sided tape to make the waterfall and brads to attach the completed waterfall to my base card.
