I printed the image twice onto a medium weight card and cut out. I then laid three of the smaller pieces out face down and upside down to form the backing of the ladder.

Using double sided tape I carefully attached a strand of ribbon from the bottom upwards the leaving a loop for hanging back down again.

Then I took 3 of the remaining images and fixed them the right way up onto the tape. (that way the images work when the ladder is closed) I then trimmed the waterfall backing to size and attached to a suitable backing paper using double sided tape.

I then found a co-ordingating brad that I fixed onto the backing paper and hung the ladder. Again using double sided tape I fixed onto a standard A5 card. To finish I decorated with peel offs, ribbon and a bow. NB The ladder can be folded up and tied together using a ribbon which you simply untie to reveal the ladder.

It can also be detached from the brad to use as a wall hanging in the future.
