For this card I cut out a green background and attached it to the card.

I then cut out the design and scored and folded the main part where shown by black marks and attached the pictures with double sided tape at the top edge of each and placing to each fold on the wrong side of the strip, starting with the bottom one.

Fold the strip back on itself at the fold where the top picture is attached. Then securely attach with doubled sided tape or brads at the right and left sides of the wider strip. Do not stick the centre part of that strip.

The folded part of the main strip will be behind that strip and you can then attach a piece of ribbon to that piece coming from behind the wide strip.

I made myself a greetings tag in my imaging programme but you could use any tag or a peeloff. This is actually easier than it seems. Looks lovely when finished. I made this for a friend and she was very impressed with it.
