I printed the sheet onto 160g card and then roughly cut around the wobble card. I then attached to some thicker card so that it rocked better.
I cut out all the decoupage pieces and then assembled using silicone. I added rhinestones to the dog collar. I then attached to the front of the card and added the birthday sentiment
